My WHELHO – Body
So I’m out here trying to remember how to run! Technically, how to breath while running.
Dear God, it suuucks starting from scratch. I feel like I’m flailing everywhere. And I can’t keep a pace for more than a block.
Okay, stop that! Get your thinking right. What are you grateful for? Why are you out here? Repeat’m with your strides. Focus.
Thank you God that I can be out here; that today I’m healthy; that today is so beautiful; that every step is empowering me to do more for You! …and on and on I went.
After all’z said and done, I ran off and on for 2 miles and walked another 2.
Can’t say I’d continue this after my rotator cuff heals, but it’s keeping me sane for now. 😛
Hopefully I’ll be able to get back to tennis within another 4 weeks or so. We’ll see.
